The development and testing of a 210 GHz spatial harmonic magnetron with cold secondary-emission cathode has been finished.
Magnetron 220GHz
Due to our knowledge, there are no other magnetrons operating at such high frequencies.  This is an important step towards the development of magnetrons for the frequencies of 300 GHz and higher. Magnetron characteristics are described in [1].
