Bistability induced by low-to high-frequency interactions
14th Kharkiv Young Scientists Conference on radiophysics, electronics, photonics and biophysics (YSC-2014), 14-17 October 2014, pp.1 (2014)

The phenomenon of bistability is fundamental and well-known effect manifested in nonlinear systems, including various electronic, optical, mechanical, chemical, biological and other systems.
The aim of the work is to determine physical mechanisms and conditions for the appearance of bistability induced by high- to low-frequency interactions. This is achieved by means of an analysis of the dynamics of a dissipative oscillator with both quadratic and cubic nonlinearities under low- and high-frequency forcing
