The new conditions of wave interaction are described. These conditions are more general than the known conditions. They, as a special case, contain well-known con-ditions. New conditions reflect the fact that in distributed systems, the detuning along one of the spatiotemporal axes can be compensated by the detuning along other axes. Examples of the interaction of waves whose characteristics satisfy new conditions are considered. The considered examples allow to detect new conditions in the experiment.
